Our story
PostNow started in 2023 with a simple observation: posting consistently on LinkedIn works, but it's exhausting. Generic AI tools produced generic content, and scheduling tools were afterthoughts bolted onto products built for every network at once.
We believed the answer was focus. A platform built exclusively for LinkedIn, using only official APIs, with AI trained to sound like each individual creator — not a generic robot. So we quit our jobs, rented a room, and started building.
Two years later, more than 12,000 creators and teams schedule over 2 million posts with PostNow. We're still a small, independent team, and we intend to stay that way — obsessed with one platform, our members, and shipping things that actually help.
